Services include:

 

Medical and surgical treatment of the skin. Complete skin exams and mole checks.

Evaluation and treatment of:


•  Skin cancer (basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, melanoma)
•  Rashes such as psoriasis, eczema, rosacea
•  Acne
•  Skin infections such as cold sores and fungus
•  Pigmentation disorders
•  Skin allergies

 

Management of skin that is itchy, dry, scaly, red, bumpy, painful, sweaty, blistered, or changing in any concerning way!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Insurance:

 

We are currently participating providers with the following insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company for details regarding your plan. Our office is not able to provide specific information about your policy’s coverage.

Payment:

 

Payment Terms:  Payment is considered due at the time of your visit to Montana Sky Dermatology. For insured patients, this means co-payments, co-insurance, deductible amounts, and payment for services not covered. Payment will be collected at the time of your visit. If you provide updated insurance information when you schedule your appointment, our billing software will connect with your insurance company to determine the portion of the bill for which you are responsible. The remainder will then be submitted via third party billing to your insurance. A cash discount is available if you pay in full at the time of service.

 

Once you are billed, you will receive monthly notices of your balances due. If our third party biller is unable to collect funds in a timely fashion, a collections agency may be notified.

 

We understand that medical expenses can be unexpected and patients sometimes experience financial hardship. Please contact us directly to discuss payment plan options if needed.  We do not want financial concerns to prevent you from receiving the care you need.

Cancellations, No-shows & Late Arrivals:

 

We ask that you be respectful of us and and our other patients by keeping appointments that you schedule. We understand that things come up and your plans may change, but we require 24 hours’ notice if you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows another patient to utilize that appointment time. We reserve the right to charge your account $25 for late cancellation or no-show appointments. Please call us to discuss any extenuating circumstances. Patients who repeatedly cancel on short notice or no-show for their appointments may forfeit their ability to schedule future appointments in our office.

If you arrive late for an appointment you may be asked to reschedule. We cannot care for others in a timely manner if you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. You may also be subject to the above late cancellation charge. In turn, we will do our best to respect your time and will make every effort to see you on schedule. Please understand that there will be times when we are running behind schedule.  It’s usually because another patient requires extra time and care.
